Common order completion

  1. Select product group from the navigation bar or the links.
  2. Add product non-binding to your cart by clicking the Add to cart cart symbol to the right of the table.
  3. By clicking "Cart" in the page head, you can check your cart at any time and change the content.
  4. To complete your order, call your "Cart" and click "Order now" (Note: only possible if order value is greater than 25.- €).
  5. Select whether you already have an account, want to create one or checkout withour registering.
  6. Complete all fields necessary for order completion and accept our terms.
  7. To finish your order, click"Complete order now"
  8. An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
    If necessary, you will receive a second mail containing detailed shipping costs and payment details.
  9. Your order will be shipped right after we received your payment.
  10. Registered users can check their orders and change personal data by logging in.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

  1. How can I find products?
    There is a "quick search" field in the main navigation that browses the entire catalogue for artist, title or description.
    In every category, there is a fulltext search as well as a search for initial letters and numbers. This search is limited to the currently chosen category.
  2. How long does delivery take?
    All items listed in our shop are on stock, so typically (99%), we ship the same or the following business day of your order.
  3. I'm looking for a CD not listed in your shop!
    We'll gladly do special orders. Please tell us what you are looking for and we'll try to get it for you!
  4. What does the format "EXTRA" mean?
    Extra means special packages, like e.g. boxes, larger cases, book format editions etc.
    These packages do not have the size or weight of regular items and cannot be shipped without cases!
  5. What other costs do I have to pay?
    German customers will get their shipping costs automatically during the order completion process
    Foreign customers will receive a separate receipt with their total costs rigfht after ordering.
  6. Which methods of payment can I use?
    We accept payment in advance by transfer, by credit card (Mastercard, Visa), PayPal, by sending cash or by postal order / I.M.O. Cash on delivery is only available in Germany.
  7. What can I do when I experience a technical problem (e.g. error messages, order not possible etc.)?
